About Andy Pheasant

Andy Pheasant is an industry icon when it comes to real estate, receiving too many accolades to list. Andy has been in the industry for nearly 50 years now and has helped countless families sell and buy real estate successfully. That is what fuels Andy, supporting his family and helping others. Andy has worked at a couple different brokerages, and even owned his own at one point. Andy has now been with Coldwell Banker West for over 10 years.

If you know Andy then you know he has a great sense of humor. When asked why he got into real estate he replies with “Well I played a lot of monopoly” If you have ever interacted with him he always has jokes waiting on standby. 

Andy is big on personal growth and development. A strong follower of Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, and Mike Ferry. It really shows in how regimented he is on his day to day schedule, with everything planned right down to the minute. 

Andy doesn’t like sitting around doing nothing and real estate has provided him the opportunity to be out and about having conversations and developing relationships. He takes a solutions oriented approach to real estate looking for ways to solve an issue as opposed to finding blame. This forward type of mentality has allowed him to succeed in closing escrows.  When it comes to his clients, Andy truly enjoys providing knowledge and proper information so his clients can make a well formed decision. He truly cares about his clients needs and specific situations. His past clients would tell you that he is responsive, explains situations so they can understand, and really focuses on protecting them contractually. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Andy graduated from high school, enlisted in the army and then spent a year in Vietnam. After returning to the states, he volunteered to drive a family member out to California, decided he wanted to stay, and has resided here ever since. Andy has three children with his wife Peggy of 46 years.  They both truly enjoy being involved with their three grandchildren that they help taxi around and support in the extracurriculars. 

When he is not actively engaged in real estate, Andy coaches little league baseball and has done that for 28 years now. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and close friends. One thing he would like to do is to get more involved with some charities. 

One thing Andy would say to himself if he could go back to day 1 of his real estate career would be “ You may not realize it at the time but you did pretty good kid”
